30-day returns

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Only partial refunds may be given for cards and gifts with obvious signs of use, opened gift-wrapped gifts, items that are not in their original condition or are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. Sale items cannot be refunded.

How to return an item

Please contact us first at orders@felinescards.com or 800-249-1622. Then mail the item to: America Publishing Company, 67539 East Bay Road, North Bend, OR 97459, USA. Return shipping costs are paid by you and are not refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. It can take a few business days for your bank or card company to post it.

Damaged or defective items

We replace items that arrive damaged or defective. Email orders@felinescards.com with a photo and we’ll make it right.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
